Appointment of Stephen Shaw
The Medical House PLC ("TMH" or the "Company"), (AIM:MLH) the drug delivery and technology specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Shaw to Board of TMH.
Stephen, 49, is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a BEng Honours and MBA. He has worked in the engineering and manufacturing industry for 30 years and held engineering and executive positions with SKF, Trans-Technology and Schoeller-Bleckmann group companies.
He has also worked as a consultant specialising in lean manufacturing and change management. He is a manufacturing professional with UK and European manufacturing experience and has a record of success in his business career. In August 2006, he joined Eurocut Limited as Managing Director and is responsible for Orthopaedic and Special Engineering activities. He is currently Chairman of the Yorkshire and Humberside Branch of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).
There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
